Unfortunately, any debts outstanding at the date of appointment will rank as an unsecured claim and will not be paid as an expense of the Liquidation. Based on current estimates, it is highly unlikely that a return will be available for unsecured creditors. If you get any side effects from any licensed products, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any possible side effects not listed in the patient information leaflet. You can also report side effects directly via the Yellow Card Scheme Website below or search for MHRA Yellow Card in the Google Play or Apple App Store.

PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

If you have identified any product defects or would like to raise a complaint in relation to a product, please contact the relevant Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH). This information can be found in your patient information leaflet along with the relevant contact details.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Liquidators who contract as agents of the company, without personal liability.
